By visiting pinklightconnection.com, booking a session, purchasing a digital product, or signing up for our email list, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them before engaging with our services.

Important spiritual healing disclaimer
Pink Light Connection offers energy healing, Akashic Records readings, mediumship, channeling, and related spiritual services for personal growth, self-exploration, and energetic well-being.
These services are not a substitute for professional medical, psychiatric, psychological, legal, or financial advice. Nothing Ma'hara shares during a session should be interpreted as a medical diagnosis, treatment recommendation, legal opinion, or investment guidance.
If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, please contact emergency services (911) or a licensed healthcare professional immediately.
Results from sessions and products are not guaranteed. Healing and transformation are deeply personal processes. Individual results vary and depend on many factors beyond the scope of any single session.
By booking a session or purchasing a product, you acknowledge that you are seeking these services of your own free will, and that any guidance offered is intended to support — not replace — your own judgment and professional care.
Services offered
Pink Light Connection offers:
- Private one-on-one sessions (Akashic Records readings, Reiki, energy healing, mediumship, channeling, tarot, divination, DNA Shielding Activation, and more)
- Group classes and events
- One-on-one private mentorship and coaching
- Digital products (guided meditations, activations, PDFs)
- Email content and free resources
Sessions may be conducted in person in West Chester, PA or remotely via video call (Zoom or agreed platform). All session types and availability are as listed on the website at the time of booking.
Booking and cancellation policy
Booking: Sessions are booked through Calendly. A session is confirmed once you receive a calendar confirmation. Payment may be required at time of booking depending on the session type.
Cancellations and rescheduling: We ask for a minimum of 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Cancellations with 24+ hours' notice will receive a full credit toward a rescheduled session.
Late cancellations and no-shows: Cancellations made with fewer than 24 hours' notice and no-shows will be charged in full. We hold your time exclusively and late cancellations cannot be filled on short notice.
Illness or emergencies: We understand that life happens. If you are genuinely ill or facing an emergency, please reach out as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Session conduct: Sessions are a sacred and confidential space. Pink Light Connection reserves the right to end a session without refund if a client is abusive, disrespectful, or behaving in a manner that compromises the integrity of the session.
Digital products
Digital products (guided meditations, activations, PDFs, and similar downloads) are delivered electronically through Gumroad or direct link.
No refunds on digital products. Due to the instant and irreversible nature of digital delivery, all digital product sales are final once the product has been accessed or delivered. If you experience a technical issue with your purchase, please contact redwolf.woman@be-inghere.com and we will work with you to resolve it.
Session recordings
Session recordings (if provided) are for your personal use only. You may not share, distribute, or publish recordings without written consent from Pink Light Connection.
Intellectual property
All content on pinklightconnection.com — including text, imagery, audio, video, session materials, and the Pink Light Connection name and brand — is the intellectual property of Cherise Pollard / Pink Light Connection unless otherwise noted.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission. Personal, non-commercial sharing (with attribution) is welcome.
Third-party platforms
We use third-party platforms including Calendly (booking), Kit/ConvertKit (email), Gumroad (digital products), and Zoom (remote sessions). Use of these platforms is subject to their own terms and conditions. Pink Light Connection is not responsible for outages, data handling, or conduct by these third-party services.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pink Light Connection and Cherise Pollard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, website, or digital products.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific session or product giving rise to the claim.

Your privacy matters deeply. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details on how we collect, use, and protect your information.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the applicable laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Pennsylvania.
